Do you carry car seat covers for more than 1 car seat model?
We now carry covers to fit the Britax Companion, Combi Connection, Graco Snugride and Safeseat, and the Evenflo Embrace, you will find these covers listed in the Reversible Car Seat Cover section. We will be adding more cover options the second week in February.
Do you send brackets with the canopy?
No. In most cases, 2 sets of brackets are required for the attachment of the canopy. They should already be attached to your carrier, and have a lock in the center. If Your canopy only has 1 set (and held to the seat with elastic), extras are available through Graco, for purchase, or you can specify that your canopy has an elastic back.
Having 2 sets of brackets increases the shade capability of the canopy, instead of always having to cover the canopy with a blanket, to keep the sun out of baby's face.
*We are able to make the canopy with an elastic back, for those who only have 1 bracket, ex. evenflo, combi and some snugride models, please make sure to let us know.
How do I remove my canopy to replace it?
All brackets that hold the canopies, to the carrier, have locks that you cannot see. If you slide the canopy to one side, you will see the locks and will be able to pull them apart. They can be very tight and need some muscles to seperate.
Are they machine washable?
All peices, including the canopy, are machine washable. But because there is batting inside, we recommend the gentle cycle. We also recommend line drying, or a low heat cycle, to keep the colors vibrant.
What is included with the car seat cover set?
All car seat covers come with the padded cover, canopy and headrest. Not many sites include the headrest in their prices, as we do. We are proud of offering some of the best valued baby boutique items on the web. We want them to be affordable for everyone.
Do you offer something similar to the Piddle Pad, to catch leaks?
We do have something similar, which we call a leakpad, it is not shaped the same as the piddle pad, but goes under the baby's bottom and slightly up the back to catch leaks, it attaches to the buckle to keep it in place. Saves you from having to wash the entire cover with each, small leak. It is made of soft padding and can coordinate with the minky on the covers. If you are interested, just let me know and I can add that option on the site for $10.00.
What are the nursing covers like?
Our nursing covers measure approx 33x24 inches. Made from 1 layer of designer cotton fabric. They also have hidden, minky pockets, measuring approx 5x8 inches. Large enough to store nursing pads, diapers, burp cloths, or anything else you need. We also have a diaper clutch that can also double as a carrier for the nursing cover. Neck strap adjusts using silver, rectangular D Rings, which adjusts easier than regular d-shaped rings.
What is your return policy?
If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return (unwashed and undamaged), within 10 days of receiving. There will be a 20% restocking fee and we will not be able to refund any of the shipping charges. Any products returned later, will be "returned to sender".
